Love the site – I think your advice is spot on!

Here’s my problem. I work the night shift as a security guard and generally don’t get back home until 8am. When I get in I go straight to bed as I’m normally exhausted – rising at around 4 or 5 in the afternoon. I then try and spend some time with my wife and kids – before starting back at work at midnight.
