I work a split shift at work and my workout time is between 9-10pm and usually for an hour. Then I go home and sleep.

Is this a good idea? Or should I try and figure out how to fit in my workout at another time?

I’ve been exercising this way for about a year now, and it works so far. Also I take protein shakes after I workout and before I go to bed but I’m wondering if maybe whole foods / a higher calorie intake would work the same – chicken, meat etc.?
