In my recent “Are All Calories Created Equal” post, I discussed how important it was to understand the quality of various calories, their benefits, and how to use them in an intelligent eating regimen. As my piece made clear – no, not all calories are created equal.

I have a tricky one for you!
I recently purchase a pack of 10 workouts with a personal trainer at my local gym – but 5 weeks into the course I’ve realized I can’t stand working out with him!
Pete doesn’t seem to listen to what I want and pushes me far too hard so training with him just isn’t fun. He seems to be on a mission to get me to goals FAST – whereas I’d be more comfortable in taking it slow and steady.
