I just read this article and it really frustrated me:
I feel that the article sends conflicting messages to readers about the importance of exercise for weight-loss. The author includes several articles that theorize that exercise actually causes obesity, which sounds completely outrageous to me.

I am 22 years old, 5’6″ and 140 pounds. I started working out regularly for about a month in hopes of getting into shape, becoming healthier, and losing about 10-15 pounds, which I tend to carry mostly in my lower regions of the body, like my legs and thighs.

Do you have a recommended move to target triceps that will really get them firm?
My arms are kind of wiggly back there and it drives me nuts. I have mom arms and I’m not even a mom!
