I’ve got a great guy lined up to share his thoughts on fitness for you today. Meet Pierce, aka “Professor P”. He runs BodyFit Lab, a premiere personal training center in Chicago. His credentials (Masters Degree in Physiology and Exercise Science) and client lists of athletes and celebrities are impressive, but it’s his PASSION for health and fitness and his desire to educate people that make him special.

The saying “Knowledge Is Power” has never been more appropriate than when applied to a fitness regimen.
Think about it – over the years how much have YOU learned from your own experience in your quest for fitness? And think about all the mistakes you’ve made in your diet and eating habits. That knowledge, those files that you have stored in your brain under ‘health and fitness’, are invaluable. But wouldn’t it have been so much easier if you could go back and learn those same lessons a lot quicker!
