Alfonso! How are you!? I really hope you’ll answer this question for me. I want to know about amino acids and if I should take them?

 I’m 25, I love lifting and working out hard. I do Crossfit, I run, swim, bike, hike and I love being active. I’m not slim, not fat either, and I’ve been told I look like an athlete and have a lot of muscle for a girl.

One of my co–Crossfitter’s suggested I take ‘aminos’ as a supplement to help with recovery. So I figured I’d ask you! Yes? No? What will they do for me?
