I think there are plenty of ways to get exercise without going to the gym.  There&#039;s a ton of websites that have hotel room wods with great workouts that don&#039;t require any equipment. 		<description><![CDATA[This reminds me of one of my favorite fitblrs wrote one day. She asked her neighbour how heavy her kids are and then she asked them if they can come over, so she can lift them :-D Needless to say, it&#039;s tons of fun for the kids and it&#039;s really functional for the person doing it as they wriggle around a bit which strengthens not only your arms but whole core!]]></description>

I chop wood for my 88 year old mother, trim her trees and haul 3 gallon jugs of water to my plants at my old residence site.  I&#039;m 68.]]></description>
