		<description><![CDATA[Very informative Alfonso, but to conclude, would you say that working out when you already have a pretty intense muscle soreness is a good or a bad thing?
   I personally noticed that if I let my muscle ´rest´, the soreness is even bigger the next day(s). Contrary, if I workout with already sore muscles, although it is  a bigger challenge, the pain seems to go away much faster. Sometimes it even goes away for good. 
   But aside from the way we actually feel, what is the real effect on the muscles? Are they still growing, do they stop...what happens  inside...?
