		<description><![CDATA[I think it&#039;s great to exercise for 15 minutes a day, high intensity. In fact, I think any exercise where your moving around is at good starting point. However, 15 mins. and I don&#039;t care how intense it is, you are not going to achieve the leanness that Zuzana has. Sorry. Especially with a &#039;basic&#039; diet? Please, my diet is strict and I have an extremely fast metabolism, 15 min high intensity interval training has it&#039;s place for someone with a body type like me, but unfortunately not without additional training and more than a &#039;basic&#039; diet, am I going to achieve the leanness and hardness that she has. Believe me, been there, done that.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Just a thought... maybe it was Freddy that wrote that reply? He seems very domineering on the whole Bodyrock project and of Zuzana when they were together. 12 mintues of exercise is better than non at all but we ALL know that to get in Z&#039;s or LM&#039;s shape, takes a lot more than 12 mins. Take a look at the Tone it Up girls or Cassy Ho on You tube, they are fit and in great shape all the time but they both video&#039;d and showed an insight into their competition diet and exercise - which was completely different to what they like to eat and usually!! Instead of raw protein balls and smoothies, it was chicken and asparagus for a specific event! I like Z and LM, I still watch them but I&#039;m fully aware, and so should everyone else be, that a 12 minute clip edited on Youtube with Spandex and low tops is NOT reality when it comes to equally a physique like they have. Thank you Alfonso for keeping it real. Happy training everyone!]]></description>

There are many women out there in the fitness industry that achieve a physique that can only be achieved by a combination of perfect eating, genetics and heavy lifting. This obviously gives other women who live normal lives unrealistic expectations. Zuzka is in great shape, but she isn&#039;t ripped to high heavens. Who cares if she lifts weights too? There is absolutely no denying that her DVDs are a great workout. My wife uses them and loves them. Her DVDs are stacked full of content and workouts too. There is no fluff with them, it&#039;s just pure workout from beginning to end with lots of variety.   If someone follows her workouts, they will get results. Will they look like her? Possibly not. Of course genetics plays a role, we would all be lying to ourselves if we denied that.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[If we could get hot bodies in 12 min. A day there would be a lot more hot bodies walking around. I once had a dream to be a figure competitor and scraped that when I realized how many hours per week I&#039;d have to put in. I lasted about three months before I burned out. Now I just exercise to be healthy lean and so I can focus better in my studies. I have been working out for years now and am no where near looking like the body rock girls. Because I don&#039;t have that kind of TIME!! Oh I have muscle and my body is firm to the touch but just looking at me I look like your average healthy 27&quot; waist girl. It also takes ALOT of discipline to get your body fat % so low. I honestly find that harder than actually working out. What can I say, I love food, I&#039;m a clean healthy eater but I love cheese, fruit, and  seconds please! I&#039;m also not ready to give up having a few drinks either, especially after mid term week. Lets not loose sight of why we should work out and remember the body is just a bonus. Look at people in their 70&#039;s who still work out and use them as motivation instead of these &quot; freakishly hot people&quot; lets be realistic and just aim to be healthy, happy and greatful.]]></description>
