What do you think about 1 minute fast and 2 minutes slower?
And how many rounds of those do you recommend when hitting the treadmill 4x a week?
I’m thinking 4 rounds (=12 minutes) should make it.
I’m also having the impression that speed kills fat and gets you in better shape.
