It’s Poll time again – your chance to have your say on a fitness related topic.
In our last poll, I asked you to vote for the exercise that you dreaded the most… and out of all the choices Pull-Ups took the lead with almost 30% of the votes. That’s not a surprise to me as they demand max effort and are super hard. Coming in second place were squats with 20%, then the treadmill at 22%, pushups at 14% and deadlifts, rows and others rounding out the rest. Thanks for voting everyone…
So this time around we’re taking fitness classes. We’re about to launch a new strand on the site looking at the different type of classes out there but first I’d love to know your take – namely, what’s the one class you love to take?
