TAKE THE POLL: WHO’S THE FITTEST POPSTAR?
Hey everyone!
It’s poll time again – your chance to have your say on a fitness related topic.
Last time around we asked you to vote for who you thought was the fittest woman gracing our TV screens. It was close, but Alison Michalka of Hellcats narrowly beat out Yvonne Strahovski of Chuck by just a few votes (33% to 28%). Hmmm, I’m not sure I agree. Yvonne certainly makes ME wish I worked at Buy More.
Maggie Q, Grace Park and Kelli Giddish all followed, but most surprising to me was Guga Mbatha Raw from NBC’s now cancelled Undercovers came in last! Seriously – am I the only one who has seen Guga in her lingerie? Come on people!
Truthfully I think all of these women look amazing and take their fitness very seriously so good luck to them – they’re all beautiful and in great shape.
So 2011 is here and we’re starting our first poll of the New Year. This time we’re moving from TV to music. It used to be the case that pop stars were all about sex, drugs and rock and roll. But not anymore! To survive in music nowadays you HAVE to be in shape…

Thanks for visiting the site and checking out all the great features and pieces we’re put together for you. This is just the beginning – we have BIG plans for the site – and the Angry Trainer brand…. So watch this space!
Now it’s time to introduce our first poll – a feature we’re going to be running on a regular basis here on the site.
This time around we’re going to deal with a topic that always drives me crazy – gym etiquette. I don’t know about you but I can’t believe how badly some people behave when they’re working out… grrr – it makes me want to unleash the Angry Trainer on them!
